About the opportunity

You’ll join our new Total Video Performance team as a (Senior) Consultant, and you’ll design ways to leverage video across all linear and digital platforms to solve our client’s business challenges and deliver measurable results. You’ll report directly to our management board and together with our strong network you will be able to shape Europe’s video marketing standards of tomorrow!

  • You are part of the team of experts in the field of video and consult our new and existing customers about performance-oriented video marketing, from linear TV / DRTV to ATV and CTV, to online and social video.
  • Develop integrated video campaigns - from strategic planning to bringing them to life.
  • Bring together offline and online channels planning strategies from TV and Social Media to E-Commerce optimizations or media channels we haven’t even been finding a name for yet.
  • You work together directly with our clients from various backgrounds and become their valued advisor.
  • You take responsibility and make sure we deliver our best work to every brief – this also includes steering projects across speciality units internally, in cooperation with creative agencies and other partners.
  • Success needs to be measurable: You develop client-specific measurement frameworks, analysis and presentations together with the team.
  • You have even more ideas how to offer value to our clients? Perfect!

About you

  • 1-5 years of experience in media planning, ideally in a media agency, consultancy or on client side. We believe that years of experience alone doesn’t give the full picture, so you could be a hungry rookie or a fully experienced account manager or media planner.
  • You know video by heart, from TV net reach curves to opportunities programmatic and social video can unlock for our clients.
  • You would like to broaden your first experiences in the field of performance-oriented video campaigns, think video holistically, consumer-centric and thereby help shape the cross-platform Total Video future in Europe.
  • Curiosity is key. You’ll have the chance to thrive in an environment with little limitations and curiosity will help you immensely.
  • Despite your experience you have an open mind and are open to do things differently. Just because “it has always been that way” doesn’t mean we can’t change or try new approaches.
  • Your English is excellent both spoken and in written form. German is also very helpful in this role as you might be collaborating with clients/partners more comfortable in German.
  • You can think like you’re the business owner – to benefit the agency development and as well put yourself in the shoes of our clients.
  • You are keen to become a central part of a team in the making. You have the necessary drive to not only be employee XY but become a vital part of Resolution Media 2021 and beyond!
