We are looking for a passionate digital expert to complement our interdisciplinary global client service team that is driven by one mission: re-defining excellence in media planning & buying across our markets globally. The candidate should have at least 5 years of digital experience, having closely worked with digital media strategy, planning or buying specifically. However, expertise in data, technology & product solutions within the media field is also beneficial. The candidate should have proficient project management skills, a self-start attitude and the ability to autonomously create & develop global digital maturity projects, including with Joint Business Partners such as Google. Experience with automotive clients and/or in an international/global setting is advantageous.
Your mission [#1913425]
- Create global digital maturity & capability solutions, with corresponding strategic, activation or implementational guidelines for market roll-out in close collaboration with our interdisciplinary account team & specialist experts in adjacent teams such as Data Science or Analytics
- Robust knowledge of digital planning, implementation & activation, recognising best practices and identifying individual market opportunities, supporting the strategy & planning team and advising the global clients on best-in-class digital media approaches
- Coordination & workflow management of all involved stakeholders regarding Digital projects
- Day-to-day client consultation & key point of contact for local agency partners and markets our client operates in
- Work closely with the strategy, planning & market engagement teams to identify opportunities and drive forward the implementation in markets
- Coordinate digital channel projects including programmatic, CTV, search and social to ensure coherent and progressive digital strategy, planning and execution across all markets that the client operates in
- Relationship & project management of selected Joint Business Partners (such as Google), alongside Global Digital Lead & Digital Account Manager
- Team management of a Digital Account Manager (1 team member currently)
What you'll bring to the role
- 5+ years working experience in digital media, digital marketing, digital analytics or digital-related roles
- Strong in account management and time management, acting proactively and is self-organised
- Good knowledge, experience and application of digital planning and digital execution/buying/activation - inclusive of both brand and performance-based marketing
- Strong understanding of the spectrum of digital media, understanding the changing marketplace, the impact of digital media and all the core channels, especially Social, Search, Programmatic & CTV
- A strong personality who deals confidently with clients and local market counterparts
- Highly analytical with problem-solving abilities, who is attentive to complexity & details of projects or requests and can manage them in a timely manner
- Can articulate multi market campaign learnings and insights in presentations to senior clients
- A collaborative team player who works closely with the wider PHD team.
- Automotive experience would be an advantage
