THE ROLE [#1011026]

  • The Global Digital Director (m/f/d) will oversee the effective integration of our global team’s digital performance expertise with Mercedes-Benz strategy, project and campaign operations.
  • Deliver best-in-class digital media solutions for Mercedes-Benz globally, bringing together expertise from fields of Paid Social, Search, Display & Video, Ad Tech & more.
  • Serve as client & project lead for Ad Tech & Data Governance workstream, establishing a close and trusted client relationship and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality work.
  • Define the end-to-end global processes for delivery through our future centralised digital media hubs, including standard SLAs and clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage global client engagement programmes, including monthly project showcase, and promoting key project milestones from across digital workstreams.
  • Responsible for coordinating the integration of digital expertise with other agency functions including Strategy, Performance Reporting, Creative Production, and more.
  • Push forward our innovation agenda, taking an active role in pushing a test and learn approach across all work, delivering solutions that constantly challenge the standard of what has gone before.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years’ experience within Digital Media, with strong experience in project management, client leadership and campaign operations.
  • Experience working in large organisations with a wide network of stakeholders, managing and aggregating expertise and inputs from multiple sources.
  • Communicative and proactive working style, taking responsibility to define and deliver how we can best support our clients.
  • You’ve worked with major global brands to develop and evolve their Digital Media approach, with extensive and strong project management expertise.
  • You have strong Digital Media strategy understanding, with the ability to develop a clear vision, bring client and team on a journey, and take all the way through to implementation.
  • Deep technical expertise in advertising & ad tech platforms (DSPs, Verification, Ad Server), incl. developments and macro trends impacting advertisers.
  • This role is based in BERLIN / GERMANY
