Your role

As an Executive Global Project Manager you will make sure that all of our global strategy projects are a great success. You keep track of the global team members, the project roadmap and the timings! And all that with a cool head.

  • You keep all the balls in the air. Whether its decision papers for senior clients, process optimizations around collaboration or communication with a wide range of stakeholders - you always keep an accurate picture of project status and a cool head.
  • You work together with colleagues from Team X, both in the immediate global team and across our international network.
  • You find the right words, whether in person in meetings, calls or emails - in German and English.
  • You support the team in enforcing our high quality standards, maintaining timelines and finding solutions - sometimes sophisticated, sometimes pragmatic

Your experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in the Media / Advertising Industry.
  • You always have something new in mind and therefore enjoy initiating, supporting and completing projects.
  • You are an all-rounder with solid collaboration and commercial skills.
  • You are well organized, and love to work in a structured, goal- and solution-oriented way.
  • You are a number cruncher and always keep a clear overview, even with large numbers of inputs.
  • You are confident, open-minded, team-oriented, flexible and can motivate and inspire those around you.
  • You have impeccable English skills - written and oral.
